Harlow W&Gs @ Royston 18-11-18
Sunday 18th November saw Harlow Women and Girls travel en masse to Royston Rugby Club.
Unfortunately, due to illnesses and lack of numbers on both sides, the U15s game turned into a training session, but the U13s played 10 aside, followed by the U18s playing 8 aside.
This was Harlow Girls’ second match this season, and for most of them their second ever game of rugby.
All the Girls have progressed well over the past few months and this particularly showed when the U13s won their match.
The U18s demonstrated great potential with their rugby skills and whilst they scored several tries they lost to a more experienced U18s Royston side.
The day ended with Harlow Ladies playing a 12 aside league match v Royston and unfortunately losing 65-22.
But the Ladies’ highlight was having another Harlow ex-junior girl making her debut as a Senior Harlow Lady.
