Membership Information for Season 2018-2019.
HRUFC is a Members’ Club for the use of its members, therefore, we actively encourage all who attend the Club on a regular basis to respect this status and subscribe to any one of our membership plans, to help support this Community Amateur Sports Club.
Please note you not have to be a member to drink in our bar, or to attend any public events and functions, or to come and watch rugby.
Detailed below are the membership plans for both Rugby Club Membership (including non-playing Rugby Club affiliation), and Latton Park Social Membership.

HRUFC Trading Company Ltd – Latton Park Social Membership
Latton Park Social Membership is available for a minimal fee of £30 per 12 months, payable by direct debit. Social Members receive 5% bar discount (upon presentation of their valid Membership Card) and 1 x 25% venue hire discount per year: note restrictions apply. U18s do not require membership but must always be accompanied by a responsible adult member.
New Latton Park Social Membership cards will be issued upon membership application/renewal.
HRUFC Ltd – Rugby Club Membership
The only price increase this season will be for the Youth Girls (U12-U18s inc), as they will now be playing their rugby out of Harlow.
Please note this is the second season without a blanket price increase so inevitably there will be a price review for next season.
All memberships will be payable by direct debit; only in rare circumstances will membership payments be accepted at the bar.
Associate Members are restricted to those who either previously, or currently, participate at Harlow Rugby Club.
Remember, no player should be paying any match fees to their team manager.
Please note that the monthly direct debit payment scheme facilitates the spreading of the cost of annual membership and therefore needs to be paid for the full 12 months, even though the Rugby season, and therefore the provision of rugby, is limited to the months of September to April inclusive. If any member who is paying their fee via this 12-monthly arrangement subsequently cancels their direct debit before full annual payment is made, they will be required to make good the shortfall prior to consideration of any subsequent membership application.
All those members currently paying by direct debit do not need to take any action: your payments will continue. If any amendments are required, the Membership Secretary will be in contact with you in due course.

# Bar Discount
Rugby Club Members receive a 10% discount on wet bar purchases upon presentation of their valid membership card.
# International Tickets

# SV Sports Therapy
The Sports Therapy Clinic at Harlow Rugby Club is open to private clients six days per week.
10% exclusive member discount will be offered on all appointments.
# HRUFC Strength & Conditioning Hub
The hub provides our players with strength and conditioning workshops; strength and conditioning fitness plans; rehab and prehab sessions; nutritional plans; and open gym sessions.
Restricted to PLAYERS ONLY and 15 hours per week in total.
# Body Fresh Fitness Personal Training
Personal training discounts and class discounts to Rugby Club Members.
20% exclusive member discount will be offered on all personal training and classes.

# HRUFC Funded RFU Courses
All Volunteers will be supported in taking their CPD’s and UKCC Award courses that are age grade appropriate. ALL course bookings should be pre-authorised by the Chair of Rugby and, if approved, will be paid for by the Club.
# Usual Rugby playing provisions
Rugby Club playing Members have access to the Club’s playing provisions: grounds; equipment; changing facilities; coaching etc.
# Venue Hire
Members are entitled to one venue hire discount of 50% per membership year, subject to the following restrictions: the hire is during standard hours only; the hire is for the member or the member’s spouse, parent or child; the member must be present for the full duration of the period of the hire.
