HRUFC Membership Information for Season 2017-18
HRUFC is a Members Club for the use of its members, therefore, we will actively be encouraging all who attend the Club on a regular basis to respect this status and subscribe to any one of our membership plans.

Detailed below is the information regarding Social Membership of our new Club at Latton Park, in addition to the details of our Rugby Club Membership (including non-playing Rugby Club affiliation).

HRUFC Trading Company Ltd – Social Membership
Our new social membership of HRUFC Trading Company Ltd will run alongside the Rugby Club membership from 1st September to 31st August inclusive, for a minimal fee of £20 each per annum, payable over the Club bar via cash, cheque or card. U18s do not require membership but must always be accompanied by a responsible adult member.
HRUFC Rugby Club Membership
I am pleased to announce that there will be no changes to the Rugby Club Membership costs for the forthcoming season. We will be consolidating our Minis and Youth Membership, with all players now incorporating Match fees with Membership Fees, resulting in one category of U18s Male Playing Membership. This is in line with all other sections of the Club; no player will now be paying any match fees to their team manager.
Due to CASC restrictions we will no longer be able to give away any Membership to each parent/guardian as in previous years: to do so would put our CASC status at risk, which is unacceptable. Any parent of an U18s player can become an Associate Member of the Rugby Club, or a Social Member of the HRUFC Trading Company, if they wish.
Please note that the monthly direct debit payment scheme facilitates the spreading of the cost of annual membership and therefore needs to be paid for the full 12 months, even though the Rugby season, and therefore the provision of rugby, is limited to the months of September – April inclusive. If any member who is paying their fee via this 12-monthly arrangement subsequently cancels their direct debit before full annual payment is made, they will be required to make good the shortfall prior to consideration of any subsequent membership application.
All those members currently paying by direct debit do not need to take any action: your payments will continue. If any amendments are needed the Membership Secretary will be in contact with you in due course.
