National Volunteer Week – 1st-7th June 2020

Harlow Rugby Club was founded in 1955 and has since then we have seen numerous amounts of volunteers come through its doors.
Harlow Rugby Club would not function as it does today without its volunteers.
Harlow RUFC Committees are made up of volunteers.
In their own time they represent the HRUFC in a variety of ways, all pulling together through a passion and drive to make our club better and all in their own time.

The Executive Committee, Club Committee, Rugby Committee, Business & Finance Committee meet once a month.
The Safeguarding & Welfare Committee and Discipline Committee meet as required
Other important volunteers are Player Registrar, First Aider, Sports Therapist, 300 Club, Youth Development, Fundraising Manager, Discipline Secretary, Tour Manager, Team Coach, Team Manager, Press & Social Media, Website Admin, Data Manager, Club Referee, Volunteer Coordinator, GMS Admin, and Grants Manager.

HRUFC have volunteers who are not rugby players, our volunteers come from all different aspects of the profession and beyond.
Our volunteers are diverse, dedicated and hard working. They help form HRUFC. Volunteers are HRUFC.
Without people like you, who are willing to freely donate their time, skills and passion, our club could not exist.
Volunteers matter; you make a difference; and your generosity will have a profound and lasting impact on our Club.
Hopefully you benefit individually too, as you gain skills, confidence and new friends, and become a valued member of our #oneclub who will help shape the future of rugby in Harlow.
Please know that your volunteerism is recognised, appreciated, valued and cherished
We appreciate you supporting the aims and objectives of the Club and upholding the core values of rugby

We say thank you to each and every one of our fabulous volunteers
We say thank you to all who contribute.
We say thank you for all the support over the years.
So, we celebrate and say thank you to all HRUFC’s volunteers from past and present.
Keep being involved, keep being part of the community.
