So on a sunny Sunday afternoon Harlow u14 team joined up with the host team Bishop’s Storforsd team take on the well drilled Welwyn Warriors in a 3×15 minute match (10vs10)

The second period was dominated by Welwyn who scored multiple tries with only one try from Harlow in reply towards the end.

Throughout there was some great running from Elsie Jones, Sydnie Johnson and Arrden Clark who was also a tackling machine.

The girls from BSRFC, most of who were new players in their first season, played well, supported well, got stuck in well and enjoyed their run out.

The 3rd period was completely different, evenly matched across the pitch, playing like we know they can, but eventually losing the match 18 tries to 1 (90-5)
