Harlow Rugby Club Player Ben White has been selected to proudly represent Essex Wooden Spoon in this years VetsFest on Saturday 8th October in Birmingham.
Essex will be competing against regional teams from across the country for one combined goal. This is to raise money for vulnerable and disadvantaged children. All money raised by the Essex squad will go to Essex Children.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the wooden spoon charity it is the official charity of the British and Irish Lions team. Wooden spoon has regional teams, a national team and its own British and Irish Lions team and I have been honoured to of been selected for all three over the last few years. The sole goal is to raise money for disadvantaged kids.
