Harlow Rugby Union Football Club Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting at Latton Park on Monday 24th August 2020 commencing at 8pm.

Notes:
Only paid up members of Harlow Rugby Union Football Club Limited can attend the AGM, and only those with voting rights are entitled to speak or vote on any proposal.
Members will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each report.
Resolutions for discussion are required to be lodged with the Honorary Secretary Mr Chris McFerran (secretary@harlowrugby.club) no later than midnight on Friday 19th August 2020.
Either the proposer or Seconder will need to be at the meeting to present their resolution.
If there is a need for a ballot for any position, then this will be carried out by a show of hands.
A quorum of 20 members are required to proceed with the AGM, if the number is not reached then the meeting will be postponed and rescheduled within 30 days.
For this year’s AGM you must register in order to secure a seat.
This is to ensure we conduct the AGM in a COVID secure manner in line with Government/PHE guidelines.
If you have not registered to attend the HRUFC AGM 2020 you will not be allowed entry.

HRUFC AGM 2020 Election of Executive Officers Notice
The following positions are elected by the members at the AGM:
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Honorary Secretary
Chair of Rugby
Treasurer
Any member over the age of 18 on Monday 24th August 2020 is entitled to be nominated for any of these roles.
Nominations for these positions are required in writing to the Honorary Secretary, Mr Christopher McFerran (secretary@harlowrugby.club), and each nomination requires a nominee and a seconder.
Nominations are to be lodged with the Secretary no later than midnight on Friday 21st August 2020.
If the nominee cannot attend the meeting the Honorary Secretary will contact the nominee and ensure that he is willing to stand.
The incumbent Executive is empowered to nominate members for these roles and as such they have nominated the following:
Chairman: Mrs Tracey Wedd
Vice Chairman: Mr Stephen Foreman
Honorary Secretary: Mr Christopher McFerran
Chair of Rugby: Mr Paul Tucker
Treasurer: Mr Douglas Brown
