Just a quick note to say what an absolute pleasure it’s been to welcome so many of our Players and Volunteers back to the club over the last couple of weeks. I am particularly grateful to all of our Volunteers and Club Staff in, once again, making Latton Park such a fun and enjoyable place to be as we emerge from Lockdown and regain some normality in our lives.
I also thank you for your patience as we continue to learn how we best manage some of the intricacies and differences in the Governments, the RFU’s and UK Hospitality’s rules. Rightly or wrongly there is separate guidance on what we can do on the pitches and what we can do within the Outside Bar and Hospitality areas!
Whilst we might be able to train in groups of more than six if you want to have a drink or a bite to eat the rule of six or two households applies, table service only and you have to sign in ideally using the NHS Test and Trace App. There are no exceptions to this requirement, members or not and even if you’ve been training or coaching at the club earlier in the day. Please respect the rules and each other!
As it currently stands you are not permitted to consume a tea/coffee purchased from a club’s takeaway offering and consume at the side of the pitch so, the Sunday morning tea/coffee takeaway service is currently closed.
We will update our offerings as soon as the rules allow, once again, welcome back and thank you for your patience and understanding
