From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name, email address, credit card details etc) in order to become a member or renew your membership.
HRUFC’s lawful basis for processing member’s personal data is Contract.
By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable the HRUFC and its service providers to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. Our services are designed to give you the information that you want to receive. The HRUFC will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice.

5. Use and storage of your personal information
When you supply any personal information to HRUFC through this site we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data.
HRUFC uses your personal information for the following purpose:
- providing a service
- marketing, and promotions
- customer services
- notification of events and training sessions
In general, any information you provide to the HRUFC will only be used within the HRUFC and by its service providers. Also, HRUFC works with other companies that help us provide HRUFC products and services to you, and we may provide your personal information to these companies. For example, we give the Payment Processing Company this information so they may process payments for HRUFC memberships.
HRUFC may occasionally share your personal information with other related companies to keep you informed about related products and services. If you do not want us to pass on your information in this way you can update your personal contact preferences by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
At times HRUFC may be required by law to disclose your personal information.
Members have a right to block or restrict the processing of their personal data. If members no longer wish HRUFC to process their personal data, membership would need to be paid in full and cancelled.
HRUFC will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and treat it as inactive in the event that the purpose has been met.
HRUFC will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you are notified on a HRUFC site that your information may be used to allow the HRUFC to contact you for “service administration purposes”, this means that the HRUFC may contact you for a number of purposes related to the service you have signed up for.
6. HRUFC Working Partners
Bottomline: Bottomline are HRUFC’s payment processing partner for direct debits. The details will be used by Bottomline for no purpose other than creating a membership direct debit.
Eposnow: Necessary information is entered into the club bar system ‘Eposnow’ to enable membership benefits to be given. Eposnow no not have direct access to customer’s details
GSM: Game Management System is a player’s database held by the RFU. All players’ details MUST be entered onto GMS by HRUFC to enable them access to play rugby. GMS hold details for registration purposes only.
Braceys Accountants: Braceys accountant hold personal details of PAYE members of staff, to allow payment of services.

You always have access to the personal information HRUFC has about you.
