Open roles
We are looking for assistance with the following roles to help move rugby forward:
Fixtures secretary to ensure we are all aligned on fixtures home and away. Most of this work is already done, but there are a number of weekends where we have little or no rugby matches. It would be great for our club if we can fill as many as possible open dates.
Grants Manager to help us tap into the funding options available to us. Key items we need are repair and maintenance as well as infrastructure funding.
Grounds Manager, although we have Ground Care Solutions in place to help us maintain the grounds and they do a great job, they look after the grass and pitch marking on a weekly basis as well as reparation as we can afford it. There are things that are outside of the contract that need maintenance and organisation to help us prioritise.
