We would like to make it absolutely clear that verbal abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Our team comes to work to support the club and its members — not to be spoken to aggressively, recorded without consent, or subjected to any form of abuse. The staff behind the bar work extremely hard and do not deserve to be treated in this way.
Effective immediately, any individual found verbally abusing or recording staff members without permission will receive an automatic ban. Management will take further action as necessary.
We are proud of our team and the service they provide. We ask all members, guests, and visitors to treat them with the respect they deserve.
