Mixed touch returns to kick off the season: 1:30-2:30pm, Saturday 6th September prior to 1st & 2nd Teams play HAC (Honourable Artillery Company)
Mixed touch rugby is back for one day only. For all players from mini to colts, boys and girls will help us kick of the season with a bang!
This will run as it has over the summer, There will be mixed teams which I will divide on the day, even representation from all those who come along in a round robin format no result will be recorded!
It’s just a bit of fun and a chance to throw the ball around. Older and more experienced players will be encouraged to help the younger players as much as possible. Tries by players in the minis will count double. Parents/guardians of minis players should be in attendance and any parents can join in if they would like to.
Following the games, all those taking part will form a guard of honour as the 1st XV run out onto the pitch.
We had great fun over the summer and this has been an excellent opportunity to bring people together across the teams promoting our #OneClub approach, players from across the age grades to get to know each other, have a bit of fun just at the season gets going.
