As previously announced, Ian Rundall will continue to coach the Senior squad in 2025/26 taking on the Head Coach role. An RFU Level 3 coach, Rundall has been integral in our rise in recent seasons establishing Harlow as a top four Level 6 side. From youth player to the first team player, age grade coach to the clubs Head Coach, his passion and desire for our rugby club to progress and be successful has been there for all to see in his 4 seasons coaching the first team. Rundall has appointed the following coaches to support him going forward.
Ben Creasey – Assistant Head Coach
“Ben is an experienced RFU Level 3 Coach who has been part of the coaching setup at the club now for 3 years. Our visions of how the game should be played are aligned and as he approaches his 100th game for the club he steps up to Assistant Head Player Coach”
Rob Macpherson Smith – Backs Coach
“With over 100 1st team appearances at Harlow, I’m delighted to appoint Rob into his new Player Coach Role. Respected by all, Robs rugby intelligence, enthusiasm and all round game understanding having played at 9, 10 and 15 is going to be a fantastic asset to the backs unit”
Ky Fraser – S&C Coach/Head Physio
“Kyrah continues in her role for the 2025/26 season. Kyrahs passion and dedication both to player fitness/welfare and injury management has been invaluable to the coaching team since she joined Harlow.”
Jamie Howard – 1st XV Coach
“Jamie Howard will be a new addition to Harlow when pre season commences in July. Jamie will be yet another RFU Level 3 coach working at the club who has experience coaching at Premiership Academy Pathways and in Independent Schools. His experience and energy will be a great addition to the setup!”
Paul Tucker – 1st XV Manager
“Tux continues in the role of 1st XV manager for this season and will oversee governance of the Senior Squad reporting directly to the Club Executive leaving the coaching staff and I to concentrate on rugby.”
Stuart Harris – 1st XV Kit/Matchday Manager
“Stuart Harris will continue to undertake his invaluable role within the Senior Squad making sure that matchdays run according to plan, a role he has mastered for many years now!”
Tony Hills – Video Analyst/Touch Judge
“I’ve worked with Tony now for 4 years, an unsung hero within the squad, holding players to account in regards to disciplinary data throughout the season.”
Shane Evans – 2nd XV Coach
“Shane, who coached the Saints to League success in 2023/24 season will take up a coaching role with The Rams next season and will be assisted by a 2nd XV Manager/Coach who will be announced in due course.”
The coaching team will take on their roles on July 1st.
