New Player Membership Process
Welcome new members, we are so glad that you have decided to join our rugby club.
Please follow these steps to ensure quick and straight forward sign up:
1 – Membership Payment – all memberships MUST have a direct debit payment set up, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the correct membership payment link. The DD link for the Under 18’s is here
2 – Create an account in GMS: Every player needs to have a GMS account, youth players must also have a parent/guardian registered in GMS. To create an account in GMS (RFU Game Management System) go:
3 – Age Grade Player Affiliation for a Parent/Guardian: All players MUST have an RFU registration, complete the age grade affiliation for the player:

All players at Harlow Rugby Club must be registered with the RFU for insurance and communication purposes. No registration, no play.
All parents of new players U18 and below, must re-affiliate their child(/ren) on the RFU Game Management System (GMS) annually.
This must be done before they can play in matches/festivals etc.
Some parents will be familiar with the system, but it will be new to others, so there are a number of scenarios of the route you must take, so please take the appropriate one below:
- New to the Club and/or GMS
- Renewing Player Affiliation – I know my login details
- Renewing Player Affiliation – I don’t know my details
Where log in details exist, we will send a reminder to all club members from GMS. Please check your spam folders, old work accounts etc as you may have signed up with an email older than your current one. If you cannot find the details then please contact email@example.com to request a change of email address.
Once you have your log in details, please log in HERE
If you do not know your password then use the forgot password link to reset.
Once logged in you should see a green box, but may also see a Red box indicating that your email address is unverified. Please follow the instructions to Resend a verification link, and look out for the incoming message with verification details – this may take up to 20hours to come through.
Please proceed to affiliate your children as above for renewing players. If you cannot see your child’s profile, or the reaffiliation green box, please contact us.

The RFU registration won’t be approved in GMS until the membership payment has been set up.
